Privacy policy

This website is operated by PXP Point Real Estate L.L.C (“PXP”), a licensed real-estate broker in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It presents Solaya, a project by Meraas, and is not the developer’s website.

What we collect

When you send a form we receive the name, phone number and, if you give them, the email address and message you typed, together with the page you were on, the button you pressed, the language of the page, your device type, your browser's language and time zone, and the advertising parameters in the address bar (utm, gclid, fbclid and similar). With every form we also receive the IP address of your connection and its approximate location. The first time you tap the phone field, the page asks ipwho.is, a location service, for your country's dialling code so the field starts with it; ipwho.is sees your IP address to answer. If you accept cookies we also record analytics identifiers.

Why

To answer your enquiry, to send you the file you asked for, and to understand which advertising brings enquiries. We keep your details in our customer system (AmoCRM), our email and our internal messaging for as long as we work with you and for the period required by UAE law.

Who sees it

PXP staff, and the processors we use to run the site and the customer system (Vercel, AmoCRM, Telegram, our email provider, and ipwho.is for the dialling code). We do not sell your details. We may pass your enquiry to Meraas only when you ask us to reserve a unit.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. You can decline and the site still works.
